All products sold through American Bass: The Vault are open-box or returned items. Each unit is inspected and tested for function before listing. Products are sold as-is in the condition described on the product page. Open Box + Cosmetic Damage items may show scuffs, scratches, or dings that do not affect performance.

All sales are final. Vault purchases are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or warranty coverage of any kind. No exceptions. Vault products are available to retail customers only.
