Where orders ship from

Vault inventory is stored at the American Bass warehouse in Twinsburg, Ohio, and at a Redo fulfillment warehouse. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Delivery time after that depends on the carrier and your location.

Address accuracy

Double-check your address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address you entered. Addresses can't be changed once an order ships.
