The fine print. Kept short.

Using the Vault or placing an order means you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

The American Bass Vault is operated by American Bass Audio, 1605 Enterprise Parkway, Twinsburg, OH 44087. Email hello@americanbassusa.com or call 440-409-7932.

2. What the Vault sells

Open-box and returned American Bass and VFL Audio products. Each unit is inspected and tested for function before listing. Vault items are not new and not refurbished.

3. Condition grades

Every unit is graded by condition. Each item is priced according to its condition, below regular retail pricing.

Grade	What it means
Open Box	Tested and working. Minimal or no cosmetic wear. Packaging may be opened, damaged, or missing.
Open Box + Cosmetic Damage	Tested and working. May show scuffs, scratches, or dings that do not affect performance.

Titles, descriptions, and specs match our standard catalog. Condition is listed on every product. Photos may be representative.

4. Sold as-is — no warranty

All Vault products are sold as-is in the condition described on the product page. American Bass Audio provides no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The standard American Bass warranty does not apply.

5. All sales final

Vault purchases are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or warranty coverage of any kind. No exceptions. See our Refund Policy.

6. Retail customers only

Vault products are available to retail customers only, for personal use. Dealer, wholesale, and resale orders are not accepted. We may limit quantities or cancel orders that appear to be for resale.

7. Pricing, availability, and errors

Inventory is limited and changes constantly. Most items are single units. Adding to cart doesn't reserve an item. Before an order ships, we may cancel it and refund your payment if an item is unavailable or a price, description, or grade was listed in error.

8. Installation

Car audio should be installed by a qualified installer. American Bass Audio is not liable for damage to your vehicle, electrical system, or equipment caused by installation or use.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a Vault purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.

11. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted when you place your order applies to that order.
